How do I contact Customer Service? 

Please send an email to soulserumofficial@gmail.com with your full name and order number. A representative from our team will respond in 24-48 hours to resolve the issue with your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email with tracking information that is updated regularly so you can see when your order will arrive. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders will be more expensive and will take longer to ship.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Please check the item description for shipping times, all items are on different shipping times. Please follow us on social media (@soulserum) to get frequent updates on processing & shipping.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Please double check and make sure you entered the right shipping address! Once your order leaves our warehouse, there isn't much we can do to retrieve your order. If you entered an invalid address, we will notify you via email.

I received the wrong item for my order. What should I do?

Please send an email to soulserumofficial@gmail.com with pictures of your item, your order number, and what size you were supposed to get. We will double check on our end and then we will send out your correct order.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
